If you're making the move from another bank or credit union, we've designed a switch kit to help you redirect automatic payments, set up direct deposit or close your old account. Simply download the forms and you'll be on your way to a truly better banking experience.
Take these essential steps to get started and set yourself up for financial success:
Set up Account Access
See your balances and transaction history, transfer money, pay bills and more. Use your member number to sign up at the below or download the mobile app to sign up. Check out the video below to get all the online banking "pro tips."
Start Your Direct Deposit
Set up direct deposit to streamline your money. Use Envista's routing number and your account number when providing your account information for direct deposit or automatic withdrawal.
If your employer requires a signed letter or voided check, we will gladly provide that for you.

Find Your Statements
Switch to effortless. Paperless statements are delivered free right to your online banking. Protect yourself against mail fraud and retire the filing cabinet. Plus, you can easily access past statements.
Get started:
- Login to online banking
- Click on "Additional Services" and choose eStatements.
- Accept the terms and you're all set!
Activate Your Card
Activate your new debit card by calling
855-726-4885.
Make sure to add your card to your mobile wallet, too! Simply find your mobile wallet app and follow the prompts to add your card. Now you're ready to make purchases right from your phone.
Mobile Deposit
Your time is valuable. Avoid an extra trip to the branch when you use the mobile deposit feature within your mobile app to deposit checks.
Get started:
- Endorse the back of your check with your signature and write or stamp "For Mobile Deposit Only to Envista"
- Login to your mobile app and click "Check Deposit"
- Select the Envista account you want to deposit into.
- Enter the check amount.
- Snap photos of your check and click "Deposit"
That's it! Safe, secure and easy to use. No gas, no stamps, no lines, no wait.
Send Money
Get funds where they need to go - friensd, family, the babysitter... moving your money is easier than ever. There’s no need to get cash or worry about it getting lost, and you don’t need to wait for checks to move through the mail. Here are several ways to
send funds electronically depending on your needs via online banking and mobile app.
Send money to yourself:
- Select "Send money to yourself" under "Move Money"
- Add an external account from another institution.
- Choose "Add a new account," choose the account type, and enter the account information requested.
- Enter your accounts in the "To" and "From" dropdowns to complete.
Send money to other Envista members:
- Select "Send Money to a Member" under "Move Money"
- Set which of your accounts you'd like the money to come from.
- Choose "Add a Recipient" to enter the other member's information, including the first three characters of their last name, account type, full account number and their member number. Click "Verify Recipient" followed by "Add Recipient."
- Enter the amount to transfer and click Make Transfer."
Send money to a non-member:
- Select "Pay Friends" under "Move Money."
- Add a contact and complete the 2-step verification.
- Enter the details requested and setup a security question.
Send money to a business:
- Use Bill Pay.
Bill Pay
Online Bill Pay makes life easier. Schedule payments in advance, set up payment reminders, and have peace of mind that your payments are secure and received on time. No more paper clutter, writing checks or stamps to buy.
How to pay a bill:
- Log in to online banking or mobile app
- Select Bill Pay
- Add a Payee - select from common payees or add your own by adding their address, phone number and your account number
- Pay a bill by selecting your payee from the list, entering the payment amount and the account you want to pay from. Enter the date you would like the payment delivered.
- Click Schedule Payment and you're done!
Credit Score
Tracking your credit score is easier than ever - this free tool allows your score to be displayed right on your online banking dashboard. You can stay in touch with your credit score, full credit report, credit monitoring, financial tips and education.
Get started:
- Login to online banking or mobile app.
- Navigate to "Credit Score" and click the "Show my Score" button.
- Enroll and that's it!
Loan Payments
It's easier than ever to manage your loans and make payments. Here are a few methods to pay your loan:
Make a transfer:
Within online banking and the mobile app you can view all of your Envista accounts and loans in one place. Simply make a transfer from your savings or checking to pay toward your loan.
Pay from another institution:
Pay with an external bank account or debit card within online banking or mobile app. Once logged in, look for "Pay my Loan" under "Additional Services" in online banking or under "Move Money" in the app. From there, follow the prompts. You can set this payment to run automatically each month if you prefer.
Visit a branch:
Drop by a drive thru or lobby near you.
Mail a check:
Please reference your loan number when making payments by mail. Address your envelope to:

Money Management
Get the big picture with this free personal financial management tool. Create a budget, track your expenses and manage debt. See all your accounts, balances and transactions together in one place, including other institutions.
Get started:
- Login to online banking and click "Manage Money." Your Envista account will automatically begin syncing. In the mobile app you can find this tool in the More menu.
- See your full financial picture by adding accounts from other financial institutions.
- After all of your accounts have been added, open the "Transactions View" and review your transactions for accuracy.
- With your transactions correctly categorized, you can easily create budgets based on your actual spending history. Open "Budgets" and follow the instructions to create a budget.
That's it! Safe, secure and easy to use. No gas, no stamps, no lines, no wait.
