Learn from two seasoned professionals with decades of experience in law enforcement, fraud prevention, and financial crime investigation. Detective Joe Kinnett and Ray Lundin bring their expertise in cyber fraud, identity theft, and criminal investigations to help you stay ahead of scammers.

Police Detective, City of Topeka

A 22-year veteran of TPD, Detective Kinnett has spent the last 8 years in the Financial Crimes Unit. Kinnett holds multiple certifications, including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Crypto Compliance Specialist and Advanced Crypto Investigator through TRM Labs. He also serves on the federal Cyber Fraud Task Force and is proud to be a part of Operation Shamrock, a group that is leading the charge to combat specific cyber-based scams.

Ray Lundin

Ray Lundin
Loss Prevention Officer, Envista

Ray Lundin began his career in law enforcement in 1983 with the Riley County Police Department.  In 1988, he joined the Kansas Bureau of Investigation where he worked a variety of felony crimes including narcotics, white-collar crime, violent “street” crime and homicide. Lundin is a 2005 graduate of the FBI National Academy and in 2008 he became an FBI Police Executive Fellow. He has since retired from Law Enforcement.
